Olongapo is gearing up to become the champions of the upcoming IRONKIDS Subic triathlon event. The event, which will be held in Subic Bay on October 20, 2019, is open to children aged 6-14 years old. Participants will compete in three different events – swimming, biking, and running.
The competition aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among children and encourage them to get involved in sports. Olongapo Mayor Rolen Paulino expressed his support for the event and said that it was a great opportunity for the city’s youth to showcase their talent and skills. He also encouraged parents to support their children as they take part in the competition.
The organizers of the event are expecting around 500 participants from all over the country. They have also put together an exciting program that includes activities such as beach volleyball, zumba, and other fun activities for kids.
Aside from the competition itself, the organizers are also offering a range of prizes for the winners. These include cash prizes, medals, trophies, and other special awards. The top three finishers in each category will also receive special recognition from the mayor himself.
With its exciting events and activities, IRONKIDS Subic promises to be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Olongapo is looking forward to becoming the champion of this year’s competition and showing off its young athletes’ talents and skills.
